资料传真成功后,亚马逊审核团队会给你发一封邮件,告诉你他们已经收到了传真资料。一般情况下,当他们收到传真后,没问题会直接解封你的帐号。

第2种情况:依旧是销售权被限消
如果你的后台有小红旗提供已取肖你的销售权限,但你收到的不是以上所提到的邮件,那应该会收到以下邮件内容:

收到这种邮件后,你需要发申诉信给审核团队,说明自己公司是第一次做亚马逊的,是新卖家,注册的资料都是干净的,也已经通过了资质审核(卖家身份信息验证),但不知道什么原因取消了销售权,现申请恢复销售权等。大意如此。具体的卖家可以自己组织一下语言,然后写邮件进行申诉。当你的邮件发出去之后,审核团队会回复你一封邮件,如下:

这封邮件有8个小问题,从不同的角度验证、审核卖家的资质和信息,这需要卖家很仔细回答,并要求提交发票、营业执照作为附件验证。很多卖家回复了这个邮件后亚马逊并没有恢复销售权。那可能是因为卖家回得不够详细,令审核团队无法验证审核你的信息资料,这种情况之下,卖家需要再次修改答案,重新发邮件给seller-performance@amazon.com进行申诉。
二、申请恢复销售权原则
总的来讲,如果你的北美站新帐号没有销售权,那么你的开店流程就变成了:预登记-注册-资质审核-恢复销售权。很多卖家就是卡在了销售权这个节点上。给审核团队发了很多次邮件,可是要么是没回应,要么是直接拒绝不给销售权。这种情况我们建议多发几次邮件。这个申诉是没有时间限制的。
关于新帐号销售权恢复这一方面,我们有咨询过资深招商经理,招商经理给的建议是,因为每个卖家的情况都不一样,所以并没有申诉模版提供(也建议大家不要弄模版)。申诉的时候要抓住一个基本原则,那就是:如果卖家认为自己没有关联,没有侵权,没有乱上传产品这些问题,就可以发邮件给亚马逊审核团队进行申诉,基本上经过申诉都能拿回销售权。
